Attualmente sono disponibili di corsi di certificazione del percorso Disciplined Agile: Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM)Disciplined Agile Senior Scrum Master (DASSM) e Disciplined Agile Coach (DAC).

2020da cert journey

  • Il primo (DASM) è rivolto a chi si avvicina a questo mondo e vuole scoprire le potenzialità del toolkit agile del PMI, rafforzando le proprie conoscenze in ambito Agile e Lean.
  • Il secondo (DASSM) è rivolto a chi ha già una buona familiarità con il toolkit ed almeno due anni di esperienza nel supporto cross-team in relazione a progetti complessi.
  • Il corso dedicato ai Coach (DAC) è rivolto a chi ha un'ampia espierienza con il toolkit, ma con l'Agile e Lean in genarle, e vuole completare il suo percorso di specializzazione nel servizio dei team e dell'intera organizzazione.
  • Gli altri corsi saranno disponiblili presto.

Entrambi i workshop si articolano in 2 giorni full (su richiesta è possibile organizzare delle edizioni di 4 sessioni da ½ giornata) e tratterà i seguenti temi ufficiali.
